Happy New Year 2025.
We have been busy, busy, busy.

Finding time for Vaughn to get me some pictures and commentary has been a challenge.

He is back on the job on this Saturday morning, trying to get the finishing touches on a job before the weather sets in.

If anyone of you have had him on your job site, you know how meticulous he is about leaving those yards and sites better than he found them. Not a rock or stick to be found.

We wish all our customers past and present a healthy, peaceful, joyous New Year.

When our adult kids or friends call us for a name or someone who does "something specific (electrician, roofing, plumbing etc) I always say " I have a guy"...So Thank You for allowing Vaughn to be "your guy."

Stay safe and warm as we all muddle through the doldrums of winters in the Ozarks. Spring will arrive and with it all those projects we thought of and engineered while we were waiting.
And don't forget to contact "your guy" if those projects are anything he can help with. If its not his area, I'm sure he knows a guy. Lol.

Prepping the hole and service line for a buried propane tank. The service line is sleeved to protect it from rocks and erosion
The tank was bedded with river sand.
NOT limestone sand. That would cause erosion and break down the propane tank .
The job site was horribly rocky and dry. But it's all cleaned up and ready for a little topsoil and grass seed.

The brutal temperatures and frozen ground has slowed the ability to dig in the dirt.

During this season, we service the (LPPs) Low Pressure Pipe Septic system filters for past/current customers. It's important to keep the filter inside your septic tank serviced and cleaned so it doesn't clog and create a backup problem into your house.
When we do this, we have a checklist to go over.
We check the inlet baffle to make sure it is clear of debris.
We check the pump chamber to determine that the alarm and pump is functioning properly.
We make sure to inform the homeowners that everything being flushed IS biodegradable and not harming their system.

Remember, FLUSHABLE DOESN'T necessarily mean BIODEGRADABLE.

This should be an annual cleaning. Also at this time, sludge levels can be checked to determine if or when your tank may need pumped out.

Keep warm and think thoughts of Spring.
