This week we're excited to introduce Megan Espy, one of our incredible Senior Cleaning Technicians! Megan has been part of the Busy Bee Home Solutions family since March 2023, and she has become an invaluable member of our team.

As a Senior Cleaning Technician, Megan not only delivers exceptional cleanings but also helps supervise jobs, supports our office cleaning routes, and is willing to jump in for weekend cleanings whenever needed. No matter the task, Megan is someone our team can always count on.

Her clients consistently have wonderful things to say about her because she treats every home and every client like family. She takes pride in making a difference, and it truly shows in the care she puts into every visit.

💛 When asked what she loves most about her job, Megan said:
"I love helping out our clients. Putting a smile on their face and letting their shoulders relax for a bit is the best feeling."

Amy Litchford has been with us since November 2022 and serves as our Admin Support Manager.

Amy wears many hats around here! She helps keep our office running smoothly, supports our team, and helps train and encourage new hires as they grow. On top of that, she continues caring for many of her own clients, showing the same dedication in the field as she does behind the scenes.

One of the things we appreciate most about Amy is her willingness to help. No matter what's needed or who asks, she's always ready to jump in. She's the definition of a team player and has a servant's heart. She genuinely cares about her coworkers and her clients. Her positive attitude and steady support make a difference every single day.
