🩷 MEET STEPHANIE — CAREGIVER SPOTLIGHT 🩷

Today we want to recognize Stephanie, one of Busy B’s longest-serving and most trusted caregivers.

Stephanie brings extensive experience in dementia, memory care, and end-of-life care, along with something that simply cannot be taught—patience, compassion, and a genuine heart for the people she cares for.

Caring for someone living with dementia requires more than meeting their daily needs. It requires learning their routines, understanding their behaviors, recognizing subtle changes, providing reassurance, and meeting them where they are each day. Stephanie understands that beautifully.

She also provides comforting, dignified end-of-life care, supporting both clients and families during some of life’s most tender and difficult moments. Her presence brings peace, reassurance, and compassionate support when it is needed most.

Stephanie has been an important part of the Busy B’s family and has helped us provide the kind of individualized, loving care we want every client and family to experience.

It’s more than helping with the day-to-day needs. It’s building relationships, sharing laughs, getting out of the house, making memories, and helping our clients continue to live and enjoy their lives.
