- my name is AJ. I am 37 years old married to a wonderful woman 19 years and have two beautiful children, a 17-year-old girl, a 12-year-old boy and one on the way. exterior cleaning has been a passion and career of mine for almost 15 years. i’ve spent a very large part of my life trying to grow in knowledge and understanding of the industry while providing exceptional service to the clients I interact with day-to-day.

- - - What do you love about working for LCS? - - -

- i’ve been working for LCS now for around 2 1/2 years and really can’t imagine working anywhere else. All the staff really seem to really care about not only the employees but also the customers. As a Christian rooted company it really reflects and shows in the way that they treat all of the staff and customers that they interact with day to day. They are always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate and ensure their love for the business and commitment to the people within it are first priority. To me, just for that reason alone, it is worth saying LCS is a top-tier company and that customers who haven’t discovered it yet are missing out.

- - - Do you have any Hobbies, Passions or interests outside of Pressure Washing? - - -

- yes, in my early 30s I really took up an interest in backyard Bbq! Most specifically, smoking meat. I really enjoy a long weekend of  family, laughter and the smell of meat on the smoker! We enjoy going to church every Sunday and Wednesday as a family, and when I’m not hanging out with the family, I really enjoy golfing either alone or with friends. My wife reminds me constantly that my hobbies are definitely a reflection of my older age, haha.

LCS is excited to welcome Holden Mertes as the Operations Manager! Holden joined our team this summer with 8 years of experience in customer service and project management. When asked about his experience at LCS so far, Holden said, “I love that the people I work with feel like family and that they put God first in their lives. I love that our pressure washing team makes a noticeable difference. We’re helping the customer make their home/business clean and pop.” When Holden is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and playing softball with his friends.
