Rooms are $60 to $85 a night (2 people, add $10 per person extra) or the entire house (Chateau Chappelle on Airbnb). Guests share a full bath with claw foot tub upstairs, as well as have use of the bathroom with shower downstairs A portable playpen is on hand for those travelling with babies. Child care is an option Use of the full kitchen, dining area, and living room plus the back porch and outdoor fire pit is included in the price Well behaved pets are welcome with notice, and pet care is offered if guests wish to spend the day or night sans the pooch (or kitty) Use of washer/dryer is available for small fee, and laundry can be done FOR you (wash/dry/fold) for a larger fee There is NO smoking -- inside or out -- neither cigarettes nor marijuana (it's in the lease). If a guest is in dire need of a nicotine fix they must walk across the street NO drugs of any sort (even pot) are allowed. Food and drink, including Alcohol can be stored in one of the two refrigerators, but NO alcohol is to be given to anyone below the age of 21, no exceptions Storage in the garage for bicycles, kayaks, snow mobiles, etc. can be arranged
