SEASONAL POSITION: ENDING AROUND LABOR DAY 2022

Pools Made Possible is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a cheerful attitude! Candidates should be able to assist customers by handling office and retail counter tasks and provide professional assistance in person, on the phone and by email.

Responsibilities:

Serve as primary front desk receptionist
Respond to phone calls, emails and walk-in request from customers looking for professional pool services
Work under Office Manager on specific assignments such as Inventory Management & Accounts Payable/Receivable
Be willing to work as a Team Player
Qualifications:

Pleasant, helpful & able to multi-task
Learns quickly
QuickBooks experience preferred
Customer Service Experience
Able to occasionally lift 50 lbs (not required)

Must be physically able to perform all labor including; repetitive bending, lifting, and shoveling in hot and cold weather. Must have reliable transportation. Any experience with heavy equipment operating, concrete work or general construction is preferred. Must be neat in appearance and work well with a team.
