Members of the MPMA are currently in Washington, D.C., attending the NPMA Legislative Days conference in preparation for tomorrow's meetings with our state representatives. We’re eager to seize this opportunity to advocate for our industry and champion our state’s interests.

Geoffery Preece, our State Policy Affairs Representative (SPAR), along with Vice SPAR Janet Preece, led engaging discussions at today’s State Caucus as we gear up for tomorrow's visits with our elected officials on Capitol Hill. We’re thrilled to welcome some fresh faces to the team this year!

MPMA Board Members attend a Panel Discussion with representatives from the National Pest Management Association, Environmental Protection Agency and Missouri Department of Agriculture to discuss Updates and Rules. This Regulation Workshop kicks off the 2024 Joint Annual Conference and Expo hosted jointly with the Kansas Pest Control Association.

State and Provincial volunteer leaders have packed the room at NPMA's Association Leadership Forum session, "Making a Lasting Impact as a Volunteer Leader." Together they are learning how to better support their members and effectively advocate for sound public policy.

The Pest Management Foundation has opened the call for applications for its 2024-2025 scholarships. This year, the Foundation has 15 scholarships available for students.

All applications are due November 30, 2024, and recipients will be announced in mid-January 2025. Students may now use the Foundation’s new centralized application site to apply.
