Our second big project this year at Tom’s Touch Ups is remodeling a 4 unit apt building with was originally p**p brown trim with dingy white walls and old cast iron sink to a new and up dated dove gray trim with antique white walls redid the sink updated it to a modern sink and cabinets redid the bathroom with paint replaced the worn out wax seal on toilet and brand new pvc flooring for the apt 3 more to go will look identical to this one.

This was one of our rental property clients , the house is older as is the bathtub the client didn’t have the funds to replace the tub the option they do sell bathtub enamel paint so that you can refinish that old tub like new this took us like 3 days to do, that depends on size of tub and coats of paint needed to produce the finished product . Customer was very pleased with the result
