Large Shower Refresh
Floor grout was stained and some areas were missing. The wall grout was very worn and had missing spots too.
Customer was worried about water damage in the bench but it was fine.
We removed all the grout and caulk.
Replaced the floor grout with epoxy including the wall to floor joint, walls with polymer grout & 100% color match silicone for corners. Came out very nice!

Customer is selling the house soon but got tired of the moldy shower and wanted it fixed up.
We removed everything that had mold in it. Cleaned and color sealed the floor and replaced the caulk and first 6 rows of wall grout.

Cleaning these floors can be a real pain. The wood grain texture traps soils. Add a swiffer 'no rinse' mop and it becomes a black, sticky nightmare.
This home buyer thought she'd have to replace the floors!

Not every job turns out well...
2 year old house, foreclosed. We were hired by the new owner to clean the floors after an extensive remodel.
Unfortunately someone had color sealed the floor grout, very badly and it peeled off as we cleaned.
Customer did not have the budget to remedy it, so it is what it is.
At least it's clean.

Our multi-step process lifts out all the drywall dust and texture coating splatter from the textured wood plank grain.
1. Dust mop & vacuum
2. Apply cleaning solution
3. Scrub with low speed machine
4. Power Rinse & extract soil
5. Detail edges & corners by hand
6. Flat mop to ensure even, streak free drying
