✨ A little chaos, a lot of laundry, and a reminder that good people make great things happen! ✨

15 new properties in ONE week!

&& with growth sometimes comes a few unexpected surprises. 🤭🙈

This week’s surprise..

Storage units that looked like they’d survived a hurricane, mountains of trash, and hundreds of pounds of linens stuffed into garbage bags.

Nothing folded, sorted, or inventoried. One unit alone had OVER 200 pounds of laundry! 😳

Let’s be clear: This is NOT acceptable in our industry.

Property owners trust cleaning companies with their investments, and that responsibility doesn’t end where the guests’ view does!

But if you know me, you know I don’t see problems.

I see solutions! 😉

&& sometimes those solutions take teamwork and involve calling in the BEST!

💐 Two local businesses deserve their flowers this week!

🚛 Valet Waste FL -Multiple pickups, mountains of debris, and absolutely phenomenal service.

These guys SHOW UP and get it done! EVERYTIME!

🧺 The Linen and Laundry Co. - 23 bags and 214 pounds of laundry from ONE storage unit alone! 😳
They jumped right in, sorting everything from towels and sheets to pillowcases and duvet covers. What started as complete chaos is finally getting organized!

Now THAT is the kind of help that makes a business owner smile! 😍

Bee Clean 360, LLC we pride ourselves on exceptional standards, so when other businesses deliver that same excellence, I’m going to celebrate them!

Excellence recognizes excellence. ✨

As for these 15 new properties…

They’re getting the Bee Clean 360 treatment.

I guess that’s what happens when your momma and her team have built a reputation for being among the best at what they do! ✨

As we close out our slower season Bee Clean 360, LLC is heading into busy season with nearly 90 vacation rental properties under our care! 🏡

&& here’s something we’re incredibly proud of every single one of those homes receives the same level of dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that built our reputation in the first place.

Growth is exciting, but quality will ALWAYS come before quantity.

We’ve worked incredibly hard to build a company that our property management partners can depend on and to continue delivering the level of service we’re known for, we have to be intentional about how much we take on.

With that being said, Bee Clean 360 is officially closing our books to new clients for the remainder of 2026.

Our priority is to continue supporting our existing property management companies, giving them the confidence and cleaning support they need to grow their portfolios while knowing their properties are in good hands.

To those who have reached out about partnering with us, we sincerely appreciate your interest!

✨ A little Cinnamon Beach perfection. ✨

Had to give you a peek upstairs at this absolutely gorgeous five-star luxury vacation rental in Cinnamon Beach, Palm Coast. 🌴🤍

The soft coastal tones, the beautiful finishes, those water views, and can we talk about that bathroom?! 😍 Every room has its own little moment, and the entire home just flows beautifully.

Meanwhile, my teams are busy over here getting everything guest-ready! 💪🏼✨

This is the kind of property you walk through and keep finding something else to love.

Beautifully designed. Immaculately cared for.

Five-star ready. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

THIS ROOM. 😍✨

We finished this space last night and I am absolutely OBSESSED with how it all came together.

The deep navy walls, the warm wood, those gorgeous pops of green… 🤌🏼✨

Then add in the bunk beds, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, dart board AND the perfect little lounge area it’s giving fun, but make it classy. 😍

This is exactly what I love about bringing a space together taking all the little pieces and turning them into something that feels intentional, elevated, and still FUN.

This house has kept us BUSY, but seeing each space come to life has been sooo worth it. 🙌🏼

And I’m not even going to lie…

this one might be my favorite. 😍

Another huge shoutout to Randy & Matt with Valet Waste FL for coming back out and getting us taken care of AGAIN.

When I tell you we walked into a PROJECT with this one… 😂

We’ve cleaned it out, hauled it out, built, assembled, staged, set up, and completely taken over bringing this property together inside AND out. 💪✨

Not to mention our teams have already completed the deep cleaning. 💪🔥

Every day it looks a little less like a job site and a lot more like the Airbnb we know it’s going to be.

Still not finished though… 👀🔥

A little progress peek at the outdoor transformation!

We’ve been BUSY building furniture, setting everything up, staging the outdoor spaces and bringing this Airbnb to life piece by piece. 💪🏼✨

And this isn’t even the finished product we still have outdoor lighting to install, more details to finish…

& the inside is getting the same treatment. 👀

It’s been a LOT of work, but seeing everything start to come together makes it so worth it.

And if you think the outside looks good already…

Just wait until we show you the whole house. 😍🔥

Remember that Airbnb we showed you yesterday?

Well, we’ve been BUSY. 🔨✨

When we said we took over the setup, we meant the setup.

Joe has been building, hanging, assembling and helping us bring all the finishing touches together..

The crazy part?

The outdoor space is already almost completely transformed…

but I’m not showing you that yet. 😏🌴☀️

You’ll have to wait for the reveal because this one deserves a before & after. 🔥

One of our up and coming Airbnb properties needed a little extra help getting across the finish line. ✨

The stager left halfway through the project, so we stepped in to take over the staging, setup, and getting this home guest-ready.

But first… all of THIS mess had to go. 😳📦

Huge shoutout to Matt & Randy at Valet Waste FL for coming through and getting this mountain of trash GONE! 💪🏼👏🏼

And yes…

This is just the beginning…

We have a lot happening at this property and a short turnaround for photos but I can’t wait to share the transformation. 👀✨
