Out here tightening up these homes for Christmas. Todd is cleaning windows and Boston George is doing some repairs on sunken travertine on the pool deck. I'm drinking coffee.

Some after shots of yesterday's job. First we stripped off about 160 layers of old oil based sealer that had turned white. Then we sanded and sealed using a 2 part urethane designed for Florida weather. I didn't get pics of the back deck but it looks awesome as well.

Just finished this beauty in Durbin Park. We used a 2-part color enhancing urethane sealer along with anti-skid protection for worry-free pool parties this season which I believe has already started here in Florida.

We clean dirty shingle, metal, rubber and tile roofs. We don't use pressure to clean them. We use the soft wash no pressure method to apply algaecide to get rid of those ugly black streaks (Gloeocapsa magma aka black algae) and any other organic growth which can trap moisture and shorten the lifespan of your roof.
