Big Branch Bike Park is now partially reopened! A portion of the phase 2 trail is available for riding while utility construction continues near the original trails. The temporary parking lot and entrance is located at the corner of Luther Midgett Dr and W. C. Jarman Dr in Burton Park.

The City of Jacksonville will be constructing a new force main sewer line that will run through Burton Park and sections of the Big Branch Bike Park. Clearing and construction activities will begin this week, which necessitates closure of the Bike Park. It is anticipated that sections of the bike park will be reopened during the sewer line construction process. More information on will be provided as it becomes available.

The Park will be closed to the public tomorrow, November 11th, for a private event.

9/1/23 - Big Branch Bike Park-Onslow County Government Park is CLOSED today to allow the trails to dry out!
