While performing inspections for wood destroying organisms, people frequently ask us exactly what we are looking for when we hold our flashlights at an angle on a wall. This is an one example of what we see in drywall from subterranean termites. They will create galleries between the rock material and the paint by eating the paper in-between making these indentations. These indentations are not always as obvious as they are in the photos and require you to run your figures along to wall to find them. Meet our team! Starting at the left, we have Graham who has been with us since 2017. He is a skilled technician and WDO inspector. Next, there is Derek who is also a WDO inspector and technician. He has been with us since 2020 but had previously worked for other pest control companies. Then, we have Caitlin, the co-owner and our office manager, who is the front line for our phone and emails. She has been with us since 2020 and is also the wife of Joe. Finally, there is Joe. He began with Russell Pest Solutions in 2016 as the General Manager and is now owner. He works full time as a WDO inspector and is the company's Certified Operator. We are blessed to have such an amazing team!
