Please check all machines beg putting money in machine.

If the road crew is blasting and the water is on, it may shake the washers.
When that happens it makes the washer thinks it’s improperly in use so the washer will shut down which will in turn cause washer to malfunction.

It takes these machines anywhere between 1-2 hours to cycle through to wash a load.

We have posted notices, any machines not in order has been posted.

Please keep in mind there are individuals who will take off the signs and try to use machine or people take them off just because.

Please notice before starting any machines.

Notice to all of our local and traveling people that use our laundromat:
We have experienced theft and property damage for the whole time it seems we have been open.

As you all know we have had people trying to live in Laundromat and steal and try to rob.
Well they did rob vandalized the soda and candy machines, and we could not get police protection Nor did anyone in law enforcement take it seriously. We lost approximately $8000.00 in vending equipment just in that one night.

We are going through a rough time right now with trying to better the laundromat.
Our information is posted on multiple signs and off message on office door.
This has definitely been something you don’t get rich at. It’s basically something that is provided and maintained for our local and traveling customers.

Sue Clair does not own or run the laundromat.

We would like to thank all of our customers for understanding what has been happening at the laundromat.

We do have cleaning people but do to the issues explained below, it is very hard to keep up.

We have had some issues with people trying to live in it. The police comes and put them out and they keep coming back. It is a very hard issue to deal with. We are doing everything we can to have a good business, but also be as kind as possible.

Do not use pods in any of the machines.

If a machine has a code on it, and not the money amount, please don’t put money in, if an error sign is present do not put or add money.

If you have any issues at Sudz, please call numbers that are listed on the signs.

Just a reminder for our customers, we have no control nor do we get any information ahead of time when the city needs to cut off water.
