I can confidently say that a cleaned and organized bathroom makes a world of difference in a home.✨ I feel so good when I look back on the before and after of a completely transformed bathroom cleaning. Unpopular opinion… but it needs to be said 👀

If your solo house cleaner is charging $150 to clean a 2,000+ sq. ft. home and is done in under 3 hours… something is being missed. Period.

I know that might ruffle feathers, but somebody has to say it.

Cheap and fast does not automatically mean you got a good deal. In fact, most of the time, there’s a reason the price is that low.

And if paying bottom dollar is what matters most to you—that’s totally your choice. But you also need to be realistic about the results. You cannot expect a 10/10 luxury-level clean while paying bargain prices.

And to my fellow cleaners… please stop underpricing yourselves just to book clients.

You are not “helping the market”—you’re hurting yourself and the industry.

A cleaning fee doesn’t just go straight into our pockets.

It covers:
💸 Gas
💸 Insurance
💸 Taxes
💸 Supplies & equipment
💸 Marketing
💸 Business expenses
💸 And hopefully… paying ourselves a livable wage

Owning a cleaning business is not a get-rich-quick job.

It takes skill.
It takes physical labor.
It takes consistency.
It takes heart.

And here’s another hard truth:

Not everyone who owns a cleaning business is actually good at cleaning…

AND

Not every client wants to pay what quality work truly costs.
You get what you pay for.

Quality. Speed. Affordability.

Pick two.

Okay… I said what I said 🤷🏼‍♀️🩵
