Wrapped this up today. Removed carpet, tack strips and staples. Then sanded the floor and refinish them with a natural sealer by Bona topped with two coats of Bona Mega 1 semigloss. Also patched a hole in the fire concrete so the customer can lay a fireproof mat over top of it

Before and Afters of this Ash floor. Had a repair to make in the dining room. Had to track down some Ash, found some an hour away. Repaired and stained Silvered Gray by DuraSeal, topped with two coats of Bona Mega1 matte.
