Six years ago we started this with two people, a car full of supplies, and a lot of hope.
Since then you've let us into your homes, trusted us with your keys, and told your neighbors about us. That's not something we take lightly.
Starting September 1, our rates are going up. We've put it off as long as we honestly could — you've seen what everything costs right now, and we're paying it too. Supplies, gas, insurance, and most importantly, paying our cleaners what they're actually worth so they stay with us and keep showing up at your door.
What isn't changing: the same people, the same standards, and the same phone number that a real human answers.
Thank you for six years of trusting us with your home. We're not going anywhere.

Hi! It's me. Dominic again!
I've been in the lab cooking up something to enhance our customer experience even more than we do now... The biggest pain points in the cleaning industry have always been: Who's showing up? When will they be here? How much will it cost? Will they do a good job?

So what I've been cooking up puts the power into the customer's hands! We use some pretty cool software to help us operate our cleaning business. But that software is EXPENSIVE. It has some things we love and a bunch of things we'd like to use that cost extra...

So I've taken what works for us, added in the cool things we wanted, redesigned it in our style, and are VERY close to launch!

It's a new app I've been working on in the lab. If your cleaning company uses this, you've got a full customer dash board. You'll know exactly when your cleaner is coming, who it is, and how much you service will cost. No phone calls made! Or if you LOVE calling on the phone but hate leaving a voicemail for someone to return your call, you can get your questions answered by our answering service automatically!

I'm Dominic!
I'm the voice that answers the phones, handles the schedules, payments, and general admin stuff in the background while these lovely ladies are out doing Gods work helping others out in the community to tidy up their spaces!

If there is a problem, it usually starts and ends with me. To that end, I've been working behind the scenes to help us better serve our communities by completely revamping what we do behind the scenes.

Watching our little family cleaning business grow over the past 5 years has been so incredibly rewarding. We started this company with just me, my amazing hubby, my awesome sister, a bucket of Dollar Tree cleaning supplies, and a lot of hopes, prayers and dreams lol. It hasn't been easy by any means, honestly, there's days I just break down and cry.
But then I'll read through messages from my customers, who took time out of their day just to let us know how much they appreciate the time, attention and love that we put into every job we do for them. And that reminds me why i love doing what I do so much.
Small businesses are built on community, trust, and love. We so greatly appreciate every single person that's helped us grow as much as we've had so far!! We are so thankful and we're excited to continue working hard and helping others!!
