We’re Hiring! - Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative
D. F. Clark, Inc. is a well-established, family-owned septic service company in Ipswich. The Rest Stop, our sister company, is a portable toilet rental and service company. We are now seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role involves customer communication, scheduling services, data entry using industry-specific software, and general administrative tasks. Training will be provided. Familiarity with QuickBooks is helpful but not required.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable using computers, and enjoys working with customers.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and assisting customers with scheduling and service questions
• Data entry and job management using industry-specific software (training provided)
• Basic invoicing and administrative support
• Communicating with drivers and field staff
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Basic understanding of QuickBooks is helpful but not required
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Position details:
• Full-time
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 10 hour/day 4 days/week schedule option after training
