If gyms aren’t cleaned properly and regularly these can all become a problem. I’ve seen many staph outbreaks because gyms and equipment weren’t satanized or cleaned good enough. Hundreds if not thousands of people can use the facilities in a matter of a few days, all sweating, and all using the same equipment. Make sure your gym is doing it’s part by really cleaning good and not just wiping down the equipment.
