Trust isn’t built from one good detail job or one polished car.

It’s built over time.

It comes from consistently doing quality work, caring about the small details, standing behind what you do, and treating people the right way long after the job is finished.

At Indianapolis Auto Spa, every vehicle matters to us. Whether it’s detailing, ceramic coating, window tint, or paintless dent repair, our team genuinely cares about the quality of the work leaving this shop every single day.

This industry has a lot of people who show up for a season looking to make quick money.

We built this business differently. We built it around passion for the work, pride in the process, and being the kind of shop customers can count on for years to come.

That’s why we stand behind our work with a happiness guarantee and continue pushing ourselves to deliver the best experience possible.

Choose a shop that cares about more than just getting the next car in and out.

A ceramic coating still needs proper maintenance to keep performing the way it should.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that once a vehicle is coated, it no longer needs regular care. In reality, maintenance is what helps keep the coating looking and working its best.

For normally driven vehicles, we recommend proper hand washing every 2-4 weeks using coating-safe soaps and washing methods. This helps prevent buildup and contamination from sitting on the surface long term.

We also recommend a more in-depth maintenance wash once a year to deep clean the coating and remove contamination that slowly builds up over time.

During maintenance washes, we’re not just cleaning the vehicle. We’re also inspecting the condition of the coating, checking water behavior, and making sure everything is still performing properly.

The coating helps make maintenance easier. Proper maintenance helps the coating last.

This Memorial Day, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

The freedoms we enjoy every day come from the sacrifice, dedication, and courage of so many individuals and families. It’s something we never want to take for granted.

At Indianapolis Auto Spa, we are incredibly thankful for every veteran, active duty service member, and military family in our community and across the country.

As a small way of showing our appreciation, we proudly offer a 10% military discount all year long. Not just on Memorial Day, but every day.

Thank you for your service and sacrifice. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful holiday weekend.

Most people think polishing a vehicle is just making it shiny again.

What they don’t see is everything that happens before the shine ever appears.

Proper polishing starts with safely washing and decontaminating the paint to remove the buildup and embedded contamination sitting on the surface. Once the paint is truly clean, it gets inspected under specialized lighting so we can see what the finish actually needs. Every vehicle is different. Some paints are soft, some are extremely hard, and each one reacts differently to pads, compounds, machines, and technique.

That’s why polishing is more than simply running a machine across the paint. It’s a process of carefully refining the surface to restore clarity, depth, and reflection while improving the overall finish safely and correctly.

The gloss is what people notice.
The process is what creates it.

A windshield tint install is a lot more involved than most people realize.

Before the film ever goes inside the vehicle, the glass has to be thoroughly cleaned and prepped. The film is then cut and heat shrunk on the outside of the windshield because the glass is curved and the film starts flat.

Once the film is shaped correctly, we protect the dashboard, electronics, vents, and surrounding interior before the installation even begins.

Then comes the final placement and install.

Cleaning.
Cutting.
Shrinking.
Protecting the interior.
Careful installation.

Every step matters if you want a clean result that lasts.

Why do we plotter cut our window tint instead of hand cutting everything on the vehicle?

Consistency and precision.

Using a plotter allows us to digitally cut the film specifically for your vehicle before installation. That means cleaner edges, more consistent fitment, and less trimming directly on the glass.

It also helps reduce the risk of damage around trim and seals while allowing us to focus more attention on prep and installation quality.

*Cleaner patterns.
*More precise fitment.
*Better overall process.

It’s one of the many small details that help separate a professional tint job from an average one.

What’s the real difference between a hand wash and a tunnel wash?

A tunnel wash is built for speed. You drive in dirty and come out cleaner a few minutes later. A professional hand wash is built around the process. We pre-treat the vehicle before touching the paint. We hand wash using proper tools and techniques. We pay attention to wheels, trim, edges, and the buildup that quick washes usually leave behind.

That’s also why it costs more.
*More time.
*Better materials.
*More attention to detail.

A tunnel wash is about convenience. A proper hand wash is about caring for the vehicle.

Both serve a purpose. It just depends on what you expect from the result.

Classic cars require a different level of trust.

This 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air came in for detailing and polishing, and vehicles like this are a reminder that experience matters.

Older paint, trim, and materials react differently than modern vehicles. The wrong pads, products, or techniques can create damage that is difficult or impossible to reverse.

That’s why the process matters.

Proper washing.
Careful polishing.
The right tools and products.

Our goal is not just to make these vehicles shine. It is to help preserve and maintain them the right way.

Cars like this deserve patience, attention to detail, and a shop that understands what they’re working on.

Your vehicle is an investment. How you maintain it matters.

Protection is not one thing. There are different levels depending on the vehicle, how it’s driven, and what kind of protection you want.

*Maintenance washes help prevent buildup.
*Waxes add gloss and short-term protection.
*Sealants last longer and help protect against the elements.
*Ceramic coatings make maintenance easier and add long-term protection.
*PPF helps protect against rock chips and physical damage.

The goal is simple. Keep the vehicle looking better longer and help maintain its value over time.

A little protection now can make a big difference years from now.
