The work includes removing trash from offices, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping, etc. The hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The pay starts at $13.00 per hour with a review in 60 days and the eligibility for a raise. Must be able to pass a drug test, have a background check, and have your own transportation. The job duties include normal janitorial cleaning plus supervising a crew of five (5). The pay starts at $14.00 per hour. A bi-lingual person in Spanish would be a plus! The position requires policing and maintaining a crisp clean lobby area, keeping entrances clean, emptying trash, dust mopping floors, keeping paper products fully stocked in restrooms, and cleaning restrooms as needed.
