The Mini Maid agrees to follow all CDC and OSHA rules, guidelines, and regulations. In addition, if any state mandates go into effect, The Mini Maid sanitation specialist agrees to comply. The Mini Maid sanitation specialist will wear a mask at all times inside any worksite. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
*Security/Entry
While it is not mandatory that you are present at home during the time of service, it is recommended that you be present for the first initial day of service. Not only does this make you readily available to The Mini Maid sanitation specialist should they have any questions or concerns about your preferences, but also allows you to be present for a final walk through. The Mini Maid does prefer a keyless entry to home. Garage door/front door codes or someone able to open the door is the easiest and most trustworthy method of entry. Hidden keys will be returned to the “safe spot” after the end of each service as indicated in the “service agreement.” The Mini Maid will absolutely not accept spare/personal copies of any key and no copies will ever be made of any client key under any circumstances.
*Payment/Tips/Refunds
All payment (the “total” in the service agreement) is due at completion of each service. Payment can be made using cash, personal check, cash app, venmo, and apple pay. Tips are absolutely accepted but not mandatory or expected. Failure to pay the amount agreed upon will result in termination of your partnership with The Mini Maid. It is the goal of The Mini Maid to produce the most exceptional cleaning experience for you. If for some reason we fall short in any way, we’d like to review what we can do to correct the issue and move forward; whether that means correcting the service we provided, or providing a new service for free, we guarantee your satisfaction. A full refund can and will be given to anyone unsatisfied with any completed service provided if we cannot correct our mistakes for you. If you do receive a refund that will terminate any future services provided by The Mini Maid.
*Damage/Broken Items
It is the goal of the Mini Maid to provide the safest and most effective cleaning service. We treat EVERY client and their home as if it was our own; with the utmost respect. It is never our intention to break or damage property, but with that being said, accidents do happen and we are all human. If any damage may happen during service, The Mini maid sanitation specialist will bring it to your attention immediately and an agreement will work out so you will be more than adequately compensated for any damage caused.
*Scheduling/Hours
The Mini Maid is available 24 hours around the clock. The bulk of the business can be scheduled online at our page TheMiniMaidIndy between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm Sunday-Saturday. We ask that you try to schedule at least 48 hours in advance. When leaving a voicemail please state your full name and a good call back time and phone number.
*Incomplete Service/Cancellation
If for some reason The Mini Maid does not complete a service, a full refund will be issued and the job rescheduled. If for some reason you'd like to cancel service we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice, preferably when you receive your courtesy reminder for your cleaning appointment the day before.
*Price Fluctuation
The Mini Maid offers the lowest prices guaranteed! Prices are subject to change depending on supply cost, mileage, and a change in season/special offers. Additionally, upon arrival and reevaluation of the service area, a deep cleaning fee may be charged on top of total fee in service agreement.
*Is there anything you don’t clean? The Mini Maid does not do large trash removal or any lighting fixtures not accessible using ladder/step ladder in client home.
