About Carpet Cleaning and how it should be dealt with.
1st of all when i go into a home i always look over the areas the customer wants me to clean for them.
2nd we always move any obstruction off the carpet so we can clean as much as possible.
3rd Pre-Spray the carpet 1st and foremost. This is done to treat stains and soil related areas so the carpet will clean effectively. Without pre spray the carpet isn't going to clean properly.
4th Deep Scrub the carpet so you work the pre spray into the fiber + breaking up the stains and soil. Also scrubbing helps lift the pile as well but the biggest asset is it breaks up the stains making the next step even more important
5th Truck mount steam cleaning This is like washing your clothes and the final stage is to rise out all the dirt and chemicals. Now this is important because Carpet Cleaning is about rinsing out everything and to do that you have to not only clean a path but going back over it and vacuum it out AGAIN... Most carpet cleaners out there avoid this stage because they're in a hurry to get to the next job. This is why 95% of the time i am the one who cleans your carpet even though it may take a little longer.

Pet Urine can be a major issue for your home if left unattended. Especially cats if they p*e along the walls it can saturate into the drywall, carpet tack strips and even the pad and floor. Don't think you can put cats on tile and expect that to be your answer. Cats or dogs when the urine is on tile It can build up over time and slip into the cracks and can cause major issues. Using white vinegar full strength can help the problem only if it's rinsed out properly as well. Male dogs and cats can be a problem because they like p*eing on furniture and corners. Those little dos wow i have seen the worse cases because they can be with a drop of a coin and boy do they p*e everywhere if left unattended so do yourself a favor! when you are not in the same room or you take off somewhere put the creature somewhere they cannot p*e on your carpet or tiles or plank floors. Speaking about planks floors now that can be a major problem if there p*eing on that. Protect your animals and property leaving them in a safe place
