The nights are getting colder up-valley and as much as we are all looking forward to the crackle and warmth of a roaring fire, don't forget to keep your homes safety in mind! A full service clean and inspection from Sasquatch Stove and Chimney insures that you can rest easy knowing that once it comes time to start your first fire of the year you can do so safely. We proudly strive for a top-down chimney cleaning method, ensuring your chimney cap, flue, and firebox are all functioning at 100%.

For the week of the 14th-20th of October, we'll be offering a complimentary exterior stove refinish on all freestanding steel stoves! Typically a $100 value, this allows for not only a new and fresh look to your wood stove, but also for a protective coating for rust and oxidation that is typical with our weather and humidity this time of year.

We pride ourselves on a "top to bottom" approach, as often a substandard clean will leave ash and creosote buildup hiding at the bottom cleanout of a chimney. Creosote (the black powder shown) is extremely flammable in a powdered form, and in this particular case we removed over 6 gallons of creosote and ash from this collection point in the crawl space!
