The Ilion PD also has a couple certified techs but it’s best to make an appointment since you never know when one will be there. They’re one of the few police departments with car seat techs!

Unfortunately this myth still persists! So please, pass this along.

Hello everyone! I wanted to give a quick introduction for those who are new here ☺️

My name is Kristina and I’m the Child Passenger Safety Technician(CPST) & mother behind this business.

Since having my daughter in 2020, I’ve developed a passion for car seat safety. In December of 2021, I decided to take the leap and became certified in what I love.

Recently, I was looking at car seat cleaning businesses & realized the only options available were

1. Overpriced
2. Not using safe methods
3. Not local.

I intend to bridge this gap by offering affordable and safe options for busy parents all over central NY.

Now that Sparkly & Safe has come to life, I look forward to working with families, offering free car seat checks, and having affordable cleaning services for life’s daily messes. 😁

The Graco Extend2Fit is one of my favorite seats! Extended rear facing is so amazing, and this seat makes it possible. Plus it’s super compact, so you can rear face in the smallest of cars!
