Appreciate the shoutout! Always happy to help the city I grew up in get the pool ready for summer every year!

We often get asked why the pool is not drained and/or covered for the winter. The answer: There is a slight chance that the water table beneath the ground could pop the shell out of the ground, which would destroy the pool. The weight of the water prevents this from happening. Even if the pool was covered, the water would still get very nasty, and an expensive cover out there all winter may get ruined. In the spring, the pool is completely drained, our friends from Cleaner Cans & Surfaces - Power Washing Services pressure wash and bleach the shell, it is then filled for the summer.

• Good attitude and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license
• Trailer experience preferred (will train)
