Today we learned we lost not just a former boss, but a true friend and someone who left a lasting mark on our family and our business.

Steve Brady wasn’t just a leader in the workplace; he was a major contributor to our community. He believed in people, gave second chances, and led with integrity, compassion, and heart. I learned so much from him—about hard work, the art of running a business, and about what it really means to show up for others.

Steve's impact will be felt for years to come. He has been a part of my family's life for almost 20 years. He encouraged me to start our business and has been nothing but supportive since we parted ways. I am forever grateful for the mentor he was to me.

Rest in peace, my friend. You'll be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Kari, we are here, whatever you need. Your family is in our hearts. We love you guys. ☘️☘️☘️
