Hello there! My name is Misty Garcia. I’m the owner of Goatz Cleaning LLC I started my business 31/2 years ago. I have great passion for what I do, and you can definitely see it in my work. I would love to be of assistance for anyone wanting to get on a regular schedule or even just a one time deep clean or move out clean. I charge 45 an hour, I offer four different types of cleaning services they are as follows:
Number one is the standard residential cleaning, this includes cleaning and dusting of all surfaces of bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and any bonus rooms, kitchen/dining room, and floors.
Typically takes 3 to 4 hours minimum depending how big the house is and the severity
Number two: the standard residential deep cleaning, is everything that I just mentioned above in the standard cleaning, but also including baseboards, trimming, All of the vents and fans, exterior of cupboards and drawers, exterior of all appliances, and window tracks. I also do a spot cleaning on the wall if needed. Typically takes 5 to 7 hours depending on the severity and how big the house is
Number three is the move in and move out cleanings. These are flat rate. Depending on the severity and how big the home is.
Number four is before and after remodel construction cleaning these are also flat rate depending on the severity and how big the home is
Upon scheduling, I charge a $70 cancellation fee, meaning the day of our cleaning. If there are no cancellations, the remaining balance is paid upon completion.
