🏡CLEANING SERVICES and RATES🏡
🗑Basic Cleaning Services include:
📌 All products and equipment are supplied with the exception of vacuum unless requested.
✅Lightly dust lighting fixtures (reachable by step stool)
✅Lightly dust ceiling fans (reachable by step stool)
✅Clean & Sanitize inside/outside of microwave
✅Clean & Sanitize outside of stove/refrigerator
✅Polish exterior of stainless steel appliances
✅Polish faucets and levers (note: polishing does not include severe water damage removal)
✅Hand wash reasonable, residual dishes
✅ Load available dishwasher; Begin one cycle if necessary
✅ Unload dishwasher of previously completed cycle (upon request)
✅Clean & Sanitize all accessible counter tops, sinks/faucets (countertop cleaning does not include movement of heavy/bulky countertop appliances)
✅Clean & Sanitize inside/outside tubs/showers/toilets
✅Clean bathroom mirrors
✅Spot check light switches, interior doors and door frames (please note: spot check cleaning includes wiping sporadic spots and does not include complete cleaning of cabinet doors and interior doors and frames)
✅Spot check outside of cabinets (see note above)
✅Lightly dust accessible window sills
✅Lightly dust accessible blinds
✅Lightly dust accessible bedroom/living area baseboards
✅Dust wall hangings, reasonably numbered/exposed knick knacks and accessible surfaces
✅Empty all trash (customer supplied/available liners replaced upon request)
✅Vacuum accessible carpeted areas (customer supplies vacuum if available)
✅Sweep/mop accessible floors
✅Make all low level beds (excludes loft and top bunk beds)
✅Change bed linens with available clean linens (if desired. *Please Note: linens can not be changed on top bunks and loft beds)
✅Light declutter/organization if time permits
✳️Services available for a slight additional charge:
📌Inside of oven/refrigerator $25 each
📌Inside of all windows - $3 per single window
📌Laundry services (wash, tumble dry, fold/hang and put away (if desired)- starting at $3 per load
📌Organizing services - Pricing Varies
📌Various misc. requests
📌Non-industrial carpet cleaning - starting at $50 per room. (Please note: carpets are cleaned using a residential use shampooer designed for the upkeep of carpeting in already good condition. **Not recommended for heavily soiled, stained and high traffic carpeting.)
🗑Deep cleaning services consist of all basic cleaning services listed above and also include the following:
✅Clean all cabinet doors and inside of EMPTY cabinets (move out/make ready cleanings)
✅Clean empty pantry shelves and various other shelving (utility room, closets, built-ins, etc. Move out/make ready cleanings)
✅ Clean all light switches
✅ Spot Clean interior doors, frames and door k***s when possible
✅Dust/Wash accessible blinds
✅Clean accessible interior windows/window sills (see note below)
✅Wash accessible baseboards if possible (deeply stained/damaged baseboards, doors and frames and window sills may be unable to hand clean and could require new paint)
✅Clean empty/near empty interior refrigerator
✅Clean interior oven
✅Sweep/mop/vacuum under raised furniture
✅Light organization (if needed)
✅Dust and wipe all ceiling fans (must be reachable by step ladder)
✅Water stain treatment (note-not all highly water damaged glass and shower frames are possible to completely hand clean)
✅Remove cobwebs
✅Dust/Clean exterior of washer/dryer and accessible vents
✅Clean accessible closet shelving and floors
✅Additional discretionary cleaning of visible areas that need attention

📌If reoccurring cleanings are desired, the initial cleaning rate will be higher than reoccurring rates.
📌Reoccurring cleanings MUST be scheduled within agreed reoccurring frequency for that frequency’s rate to be honored. (Example: bi-weekly cleanings must be scheduled within two weeks of each other in order to receive the bi-weekly rate).
