Awhile back, I received a message from messenger from someone I do not know, asking questions. I asked them to call me for details & to discuss their needs. They refused & proceeded to harrass me of which I ignored. They told me they were going to give me a bad rating just because I asked them to call me. This "1" rating is because of that situation. It caused my overall rating to be lowered because of it. I have never talked to, met or engaged in any business dealings with this person, so I ask that you keep this in mind when considering your cleaning needs.
