Over the last several years, I've learned that no two homes are the same. Every family has different needs, different lifestyles, and different expectations. Because of that, I'll no longer be charging by the hour. Instead, I'll be providing quotes based on the job itself.
A flat-rate quote allows you to know your cost upfront and allows me to focus on doing a thorough, quality job instead of watching the clock.
Please keep in mind that every quote is based on the condition of your home at the time it's given. Quotes are subject to change if circumstances change. For example, if you add pets after the quote is given, the home requires significantly more cleaning than originally discussed, or the overall condition of the home declines because it isn't being maintained between visits, additional charges may apply. I'll always communicate any changes before moving forward whenever possible.
I also want to be transparent that summer is an especially busy season for me, and with school soon back in session, I am doing my very best to stay on top of everything and continue providing consistent, quality service. If at any point I feel I have fallen short or owe time back to a client, I absolutely promise to make that up. Your trust means everything to me, and I am always more than happy to communicate openly—so if anyone has any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
All quotes are based on a standard, clean home. While I do take on many deep cleaning projects, it’s important to understand that deep cleans are extensive and can take several days to complete properly. Unless a deep clean is specifically quoted—which can cost up to $500—you cannot expect an entire home to be fully deep cleaned in a 4–6 hour visit. There will always be progress made with each appointment, and I work methodically to improve and maintain your home over time. The better a home is kept up between visits, the more I am able to accomplish each time, which also helps reduce the time needed and allows me to serve more clients with detailed cleanings.
I work incredibly hard to provide detailed, reliable service and to keep my customers happy. I truly appreciate every client who trusts me with their home. At the same time, I understand that I may not be the right fit for everyone, and that's okay. My goal is to provide quality cleaning at a fair price while treating every home with care and respect.

Keep in mind that professional cleaners supply their own cleaning products, equipment, insurance, experience, and the time it takes to provide a thorough clean—not just the hours spent inside the home.
