Greetings of the Season to All of Our friends!
It's almost here. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Hanukkah, Kwanza and, for the rest of us, Festivus...Time for Family and Friends to Get Together and Enjoy the Holiday's. Time to Reflect on Our Lives and the Lives of Others Close to Us. Time to Welcome the Additions and Remember the Losses of Family and Friends. Time to remember the Memories of Holidays Past, Especially Our Childhood Memories. Time to Give, too. Especially to those Less Fortunate than us.
Also, Time to Enjoy the Holiday Food and Treats. Turkey, Ham, Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, String Bean Casserole, Etc. Then there's the Cookies, Candies, Pies and Cakes that we don't "Need" but still Enjoy. My personal Thanksgiving and Christmas Favorite is Fresh Polish Kielbasa, a Family Holiday Tradition ever since I can remember. We used to get it Homemade from a group of ladies in the Russian Orthodox Church that my Nana and Grand Dad belonged to when I was growing up in Baltimore. But here, on the Eastern Shore, we have to "Settle" for "Store Bought". Not the same, but still a Good Treat.
I've been fairly busy, lately, helping some good people in Oxford with their little "Projects", but I am still here for our Hurlock Friends, too. Even though most of the work that I do is confined to my Workshop (Like Santa?) I will also come to you for Minor Repairs and Projects. (Please, just don't ask me to come "Down Your Chimney"! I lack the "Magic" that Santa Claus has to do that.)
Special Note to Our Fellow Senior Citizens...We Love You and will do Anything to Help You with your Minor Repairs and Projects. Our prices are Always adjusted for Senior's, too. We understand what "Fixed Income" and "Tight Money" means.
If there is anything that you might need Now, during the Holiday Season, or are planning for after the New Year, please call me. As always, We Don't Charge Anyone for Estimates or to Look at your Project, either. Scheduling or Pick-Up is Always At Your Convenience!
Please allow me to close with these Wishes for All of You:
Happy Thanksgiving!
Merry Christmas!
Happy Hanukkah!
Joyous Kwanza!
Happy Festivus! (For the Rest of Us!)
Happy New Year!
And, for Our "Politically Correct" Friends, "Happy Holidays"!
We Hope to See You Soon!
