So……
This post is not to hurt anyones feelings,
I received a call from a customer three years ago, now the gutters were not in this bad of shape,
I went out quoted new gutters and downspouts at a very low price considering materials were not sky high three years ago,
The customer stated since the gutter was not falling off she would put her money somewhere else,
1 year later I get another call from the same person,
I go out to check and see if I could keep the same price, I could not, materials had went up and gutters were In pretty bad shape,
Again customer stated she rather wait,
1 year later
Two weeks ago I get another call, and go out and inspect again,
This is what happens when you wait on taking care of a very important part of your investment,
She now has rotted wood everywhere and rotted roof decking from water not being able to go anywhere but back up under the shingles or run off,
Her price increased roughly 3,400$ in the three years,
What I’m trying to say, is don’t let a 1,500$ job turn into a 5,000 dollar job, wood is not cheap, roofs are not cheap, don’t let this be you,
