Not every job has to be the big job. And that’s OK.

Today, a customer called us out for hydro jetting. But the only cleanout was inside the house, and the drain was already backed up. Running the jetter there could have sent water back into their home.

So I grabbed my kitchen drain snake instead. The stoppage was soft, and I was able to clear the line without hydro jetting. It was also the first time the drain had backed up in 10 years.

The customer’s drain is flowing, they saved some money, and we did what made sense for their home. That’s a win in my book. 🤝

Letting someone into your home is personal. Trust has to be earned. 🤝

Finish this sentence: “I knew I could trust the person working in my house when ____.”

What did they do that stuck with you? Tell us in the comments. 👇

💡 “Tankless” doesn’t mean “maintenance-free.”

Your tankless water heater can build up minerals inside its heat exchanger—just like the crust you see inside a tea kettle. That buildup makes it harder to transfer heat to your water.

A tankless flush is basically a deep clean for the part doing all the heavy lifting. 🔧💧 .

Your sewer has a speed bump—and toilet paper doesn’t have suspension. 🧻💥

This offset where cast iron meets clay can catch waste and cause repeat clogs. .

Be honest—would you want a plumber who tells it like it is, even if it’s not what you want to hear?

✅ Absolutely—give me the truth
😂 Yep—I’m tired of the sales pitch
