We needed an emergency carpet cleaning Marc came out same day and worked into the evening. Great work carpet looks like new. Will call CA Steam everytime we need our carpets done. I recommend this company.

After living in the same apartment for 4 years, I decided it was time, if not long overdue, to get my carpets cleaned. There were various areas of discoloration, glue spots and stains here and there. We spoke on the phone and I clearly understood the services he provided, cost and procedure. I knew what to expect. With ease we set up an appointment. He was able to accommodate to my limited schedule (late mornings/early afternoon Saturday) and was more than punctual for our appointment; at the last hour, I phone him explaining I was running late.
California Steam (Marc) is consistent; he does what he previously stated, charged less than what he quoted me on the phone after measuring the actual square footage of my apartment and he was just as friendly/nice/professional in person as he was on the phone. He puts in effort and is timely. The condition of my carpets are a testament to the quality of his work and the effectiveness of his equipment. The entire carpet look brand new, just like the day I moved in. Absolutely flawless! They didn't take too long to dry too.
I am completely satisfied with the quality of Marc's service. Additionally, he is friendly and trustworthy. I recommend California Steam to anyone seeking professional carpet cleaning.

Marc arrived on time. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process. He took his time to thoroughly clean our carpet and floors. We are highly satisfied with the results. We highly recommend him.

We called California Steam and Mark was the best! His equipment is modern, he did a pre spray on the whole area, and when he was done the carpet was almost dry. Another company I had used before left the carpets so wet it was days before they completely dried. My older carpet looked great! We will use him again in a few months!

CALIFORNIA STEAM and MARC saved terribly stained spots out of new carpet and cleaned the grout in the ceramic tiles making then like new. For all Marc does with his steam cleaning machine and his pricing makes The Parisian Apartments customers of California Steam Cleaning .
