Good Morning! I hope everyone is safe and well. We at Northwoods Pool Supply will continue to service our community every way we can. Our cleaning service will continue to provide sanitation services and weekly maintenance, our service department will continue to do repairs on systems as required and our office will continue to stock the chemicals and parts required for the safe operation of swimming pools. We will be using additional measures to uphold new safety requirements. Our technicians will maintain adequate social distance during our visits and use provided sanitation cleaners to clean areas we interact with on our visits. These areas include but are not limited to, gate handles, water spigots, control box handles, pump lids, skimmer lids, filter bands, air bleeder assembly handles and other relevant items during the process of our visit. We will also be using phone communication to notify clients when we will be doing repairs in the yard so that they can make any arrangements they would like before we enter the yard. Our goal is to maintain the safety of our staff and clients while still providing a necessary service for the community.
