This person must have 5+ years of experience working at a carwash in managing capacity. Must know carwash control systems.

Must be able to handle daily operations (store opening and closing, troubleshoot technical issues, employee hiring and scheduling, customer handling, selling carwash subscription packages and details).

Must have pleasant personality, attention to details, calm demeanor, guide and coach other employees
