- Carpet & Stair Shampooing (2 room minimum) $30 standard size rooms - for example: bedrooms & office. $45 larger rooms- for example: master bedroom, living room, game room. $25 for stairs. Hallway FREE with 2 room purchase
- Steam Clean Tile Floors .25 cents per square foot (Minimum of 200 sq ft)
- Seal Tile Floor & Grout (FREE w/ purchase of Steam Cleaning Tile/Grout; client pays for cost of product) Sealing your tile floors & grout will prevent your grout from discoloring, becoming grimy or stained, and your tile from becoming cracked, damaged, dingy or stained. Sealed Tile is also easier to clean. Options available in Matte & High Gloss
- Shampoo & Steam Clean Upholstery & Mattresses (Includes both Shampoo & Steam Cleaning in pricing. By doing both, this will remove any stains, as well as Sanitize using only water at 300 degrees) Couch - $50, Loveseat $40, Chair $30, Sectional - $80; Mattresses - Twin $30, Twin XL $35, Full $40, Full XL $45, Queen $50, California King $55, King $60
- Seal Granite Countertops & Backsplashes $40-$80 (depending on how much surface area needs to be sealed)
- Soft & Hard Pressure Washing - Soft Wash Roofing Shingles, Hard Wash Exterior Home & Flatwork (driveways, sidewalks, patios, entranceway, mailbox, patio furniture etc.) Pricing starts at $75. Please contact me for individualized quote.
- Seal Outdoor Flatwork (Outdoor Tile/Stone & Concrete - FREE w/ purchase of Hard Wash Flatwork - Sealing your outdoor areas will keep your outdoor spaces cleaner longer.
- Clean & Buff Exterior Windows & Screens ($99 - up to 25 windows) Your exterior windows should be cleaned at least every quarter. Clean windows increase home’s curb appeal, market value and longevity of keeping them in new condition - meaning less repairs or replacements and saves you money!!
- Pest Extermination (starting @ $75 - service guaranteed) We don’t “control” the problem, we exterminate it! We recommend spraying your home once every quarter, even if you don’t think you have a problem. Why should you hire us to maintain or exterminate your home or business?
