Do you like cake?
Here's one I just made for a Birthday.
1 box Yellow cake, Strawberry cake, or chocolate cake mix (make sure you sift before mixing)
2 small 6' round cake pans, sprayed and floured
Substitute strawberry yogurt or strawberry pudding for the water in the recipe.
Bake according to box directions.
Cool fully using cooling racks.
Prepare this lovely milk chocolate frosting recipe, and spread it over your cake with a spatula or butter knife. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/26019/creamy-chocolate-frosting/
Cut tops off strawberries, slice vertically down from the side to get heart shaped slices. Set these to the side, cover and refrigerate. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRYING TO COAT THEM IN SUGAR. This will break down the strawberries and you will no longer be able to attach it to the frosting.
Crumble bits of your favorite chocolate bar or candy in the middle over the frosting, before putting your second round layer on top and frosting it. (I used this choceur strawberry yogurt chocolate that was divine!)
Design whatever pattern you want on top with your strawberries, and sprinkle extra chocolate pieces wherever you want as well.
