Tigger came to help me at my 1st pool Friday. He was very inquisitive when I was testing the water. Quality over quantity he says.

New account today has a little algae problem. 1st step is to breakdown the filtration system.

Did you know your pool filter acts as your pools kidneys? Removing physical waste allows chlorine to focus on neutralizing bacteria and algae rather than burning off organic matter.

Filter/kidneys get clogged.
Spraying out a cartridge pool filter on a regular schedule, even if the pool is rarely used, is essential because non-human contaminants accumulate continuously. Even without swimmers, airborne dust, pollen, leaves, insects, algae spores, and chemical residues constantly settle into the water and get pulled into the filter media.
Stay tuned to see before and after of the pool.
