About Kathi's Kleaning Service
Angelcare Cleaning Service Has relocated to Fayetteville NC permanently ( 2022 and beyond) and has changed names ( Currently " Kathi's Kleaning Service") but not ownership. And Martin County Florida. Nashville TN, Clarksville TN, Arizona. and North Carolina. I will admit I have taken a few years of sabbaticals but I am reliable and trustworthy and honest! I am also good and thorough at what I do. I do not tell you what you want or need~ I sit down with our clientele and go over their individual needs and come up with a scheduled program that fits their needs! I have had some clients that needed once-a-week, daily, room-by-room, spring cleaning, and other options that cater to their schedule and immediate requirements. We configure prices according to your needs, hours, and room size requirement to complete said job. We do however have a base minimum of $35 an hour, for residential and $75 for commercial ( 2022 Prices) { 5 min to 1 hour mandatory 35/75 dollar charge} But we do often price by the job and prefer to price by the job if possible and with the free written estimate, (cold calls r priced hourly only), As I stated we cater to you ! and we also offer a discount of 15-25 an hour for senior citizens 60 and over, by request, and with id or proof of age as people may sometimes appear younger than they are. Under confirmed and legit reasoning we may make exceptions to some of our billing rates to fit your needs better management has that final right to choose to accommodate under the special inspection of reasoning for a special reduction in payment prices and is in no way a definite that price would be reduced but you may explain your situation and we will go from there, you will receive an answer by end of estimate meeting,

We Value and welcome referrals to our company or any part of our parent company and/or our At home catalog sales as well. *Referrals will result in a one-time $10.00 off clean per referral for existing clients! I mainly cater to homes and offices and new construction and construction site clean-ups but am open to other types of buildings if you inquire with great details of said building and the type of services you require. Carpet Cleaning and/or steam cleaning is an extra charge and you are responsible to rent a clean machine which would be scheduled on a separate day and not combined with regular schedules. I apologize ahead of time but as I am restarting this business it will be a requirement that you supply cleaning supplies until I become known and more established once again then I will supply my own cleaning supplies but you will always have the option to request I use your products as some people prefer that anyway.
