* Save the Environment I live in Howard Lake, MN with my supportive husband Josh, two awesome kiddos Joslynn (8) & Tucker (3-1/2), and our plethora outdoor animals, 2 goats, 4 cats, and lots & lots of
chickens. My hobbies include competitive archery, hunting & fishing, gardening, canning, and of course spending time with my family and friends! I was an anti party person meaning I have only ever held 1 direct sale party and made it a point to never go to them as to not have to pick and choose which ones to go to! Well, that all changed when my girlfriend invited me to this Norwex party thing... She had to do a lot of talking to me about it, sent me a lot of info, and finally when I saw the protein video I new I had to go. See, I have a daughter with severe anaphylaxis food allergies and severe asthma. She's allergic to milk, eggs, and all nuts and of course my sons favorite foods are milk and eggs! Very dangerous combination! So I went to the party with the intentions of buying the Household pack and leaving. That I did... Along with booking a party!!! I went home shocked! Shocked at the products and shocked that I was going to have a party! So, I had my party at my parents house where more guests were likely to attend which was funny cause my Mom is just like me – only ever had 1 party and was never going to have another. At the end of my party my Mom booked a party! Side note: She also called Linda some unmentionable names for screwing up her 'this is all I'm gonna buy' list by cleaning her stove with cleaning paste and making it shine for the first time in years!!! SO, my Mom has a party and I leave there being a Norwex consultant!!! Really?!? I thank Linda for perusing me and my cousin for having faith in me! And so my journey began on April 14th, 2013 and I'm in love with Norwex!!! From the enviro cloth that is in my kitchen for my kiddos to wipe their hands & dinner spot down with and Mommy knowing everyone is going to be safe. To the body cloth that is ridding my face of those nasty blackheads and reducing the amount of lotion I need. Or what about the blue diamond that I can clean the bathroom with knowing that Joslynn will not have an asthma attach from the smell. Wait, she can do that now!!! Or the cookie monster hands (aka dusting mitts) that I give my kiddos, letting them run thru the house dusting! What about going to our town ball game the other week. Everything was contaminated with things that would make my daughter sick, I mean baseball is the game with peanuts and crackerjacks! So I took my travel cloth and threw it a ziplock bag with a little water and was able to wipe the chairs and her hands! The one that really cracks me up is my husband who is somewhat of a skeptic. I didn't really tell him about the products I randomly set out to be used. One day he came to me and asked what the he*l is that green towel was on the oven. The envirotowel... I nervously asked 'Why?'. To which he replied 'That's the best da*n towel I have ever dried dishes with!' Yippy, he liked it!!! Yeah, I know!!! It may not be a dish drying towel per say, but that is what I love about Norwex!!!! It is so versatile and there are so many uses for everything!!! And best of all it IS saving me time, money, and improving my families quality of life!!! Being a mother of a food allergic child, Norwex has lifted a burden off my shoulders! Besides the fact that I constantly want to clean now! And my husband & kids have added to their vocabulary... Norwex!!! As been said before and is so true, Norwex/Norwexing/Norwexed is a verb in our house too!! Thank you Norwex for improving the quality of my families life!
