“The Hidden Cost of Skipping Documentation”

In our industry, documentation is more than paperwork — it’s protection.

Accurate repair records help:

Maintain vehicle value

Support insurance claims

Track recurring issues

Protect fleet managers from downtime surprises

Most drivers don’t realize how much documentation affects long‑term cost and safety.
Shops that document thoroughly deliver better outcomes, fewer disputes, and more predictable maintenance.
