If you're Moving-out at the end of this month, don't forget that you need to leave that house clean of you want your deposit back or if you want to sell/rent that house, you need to leave it ready for showings and new tenants....that's where we step in! Leave the dirty and tough job to the professionals!
✅️ We make written contracts! That way you're covered and there are no disappointments or misunderstandings at the end.
✅️ After we're done, we do an inspection of everything. After the inspection, we take a walk through with our clients to show them the work our team has done to make sure everything on the contract has been completed. We take pictures/videos of before and after.
✅️We just don't finish and leave! After we have done a walk through with our clients, if they found something that needs to be redone or needs correction, we do it that the moment at NO extra charge.
✅️ We take the time, care and effort to leave your house spotless and ready so you can move on!
