To keep you and our staff safe, we continue to encourage social distancing. Per CDC, keeping space between you and others is one of the best tools we have to avoid being exposed to this virus and slowing its spread locally and across the country and world. We would like to limit our occupancy to 5 people max including our staff - 4 customers at a time inside.

Garments Drop Off/Pick Up: we kindly ask you to place your items on the counter and step behind the yellow tapes.

Alterations: as we continue to take measurements and consultation, it will be hard to social distance. We kindly ask you to wear a mask throughout the whole experience.

Unfortunately, the business has been affected by the “Stay-at-Home” order. Our partnering dry cleaning plant, deciding to close indefinitely. We applied for many of SBA offerings and have not heard back. Rent and utilities are still due.

We have decided to start selling homemade masks to keep some income flow. Any orders would help!

Double layered fabric masks are $7. We are working we whatever suitable fabrics we can get our hands on at the moment (pictures below)

LJ Cleaners & Alterations is open! As news and information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to evolve, our hearts go out to all who have been impacted.

We believe our guests, team members, and the communities we serve are part of our family, which means your well-being is our top priority. We have been working very hard to ensure we continue to provide a safe environment by:

• Reinforcing existing strict sanitation and health protocols with our team members.

• We are implementing additional layers to cleaning and safety measures, such as increasing the frequency of handwashing and disinfecting all high-touch areas utilizing specialty chemicals.

• We are limiting our total occupancy to less than ten at a time and encouraging our guests to social distance by only having one guest at the counter at a time.

• We are caring for our teams by providing health guidelines for them and their families. Team members who don’t feel well will stay home caring for their health.

• We are continuing to monitor information provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local public health officials, and the World Health Organization and adjusting as needed.

The situation we are currently living through is evolving quickly, but please be aware, as a laundry service (an essential service), we do not foresee any changes to our regular operations. Please visit our page for updated information.
