Site Inspection - Our team will survey your property and determine the level of water damage to your home or office. From this visual inspection, we can provide you with a cost estimate and a plan of action. Upon arrival, we can begin to restore your property quickly and efficiently to prevent further structural damage. Water Removal - All water is removed from damaged areas with our high power vacuums, and the drying process can begin. We continue to monitor the damaged areas in order to ensure secondary damage or microbial growth does not occur. Drying Process - We continue to dry the damp areas of your home or office with our industrial strength dehumidifiers and air movers in order to draw out the moisture and replace it with dry air. This process continues until we stabilize the indoor environment. Monitor Site - We carefully monitor the drying process in your home or office to ensure your property is restored to its pre-loss condition. Replacement - Carpets or flooring that need to be replaced is done during this phase of the restoration process. The improved areas are then completely cleaned and dried to complete the job. We also offer Total Project Management including build-back for damaged areas with your approval.
