This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration Services. Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities. Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information. Web browser cookies
Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly. How we use collected information
Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration Services may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
To provide the service you requested. Scheduling, confirming and completing work at your property, sending estimates, invoices and receipts, and answering your questions. To improve our products and services. Feedback you give us helps us do better work. To contact you about your request. We may use your email address or phone number to respond to inquiries, questions and other requests. To send you service reminders. Air ducts, dryer vents and carpets need attention on a recurring schedule, and we may remind you when a service is due. To send you marketing and promotional messages. If you are a customer or have asked us about our services, we may send you seasonal offers, maintenance tips, discounts and news by email. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing from marketing does not stop appointment confirmations, invoices or other messages about work we are doing for you. To send you text messages, if you have asked us to. See the Text messaging section below. Text messaging
We send two kinds of text messages, and they work differently. Messages about your job. If you give us your mobile number when you request or book a service, we may text you about that work — appointment confirmations, arrival windows, a message when the technician is on the way, and questions about access to your property. We only send promotional texts to people who have specifically asked for them by checking the text-message box on one of our forms. Checking that box is never required to book a job or to buy anything. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying STOP stops all texts from us at that number, including messages about your job; reply START to turn them back on. You can also tell us in any other reasonable way — by email, by phone, or by telling a technician — and we will honor that request. We do not share your mobile number. No mobile information or text-message consent is shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf, and they may only use that information to deliver them. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Full program terms are on our SMS Terms page. How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify any individual — for example, how many visitors came from a particular city — with service providers who help us run this website and measure how it performs. We never share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with anyone for marketing purposes. We use service providers to operate our business, including website hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery and payment processing. They receive only the information needed to perform their function and may not use it for their own purposes. Third party websites
Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies. Changes to this privacy policy
Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration Services has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time.
