Wieser Septic & Excavating helped another La Crescent homeowner by replacing an old, deteriorated sewer lateral in the city streets.
Our crew carefully exposed the existing line, protected the excavation with trench shoring, and installed a brand-new PVC lateral to keep this home’s wastewater flowing the right direction and reduce the risk of future backups. A hydro-excavator truck was used to safely uncover utilities and move spoil without damaging nearby lines, which is especially important in tight city neighborhoods.

Our crew teamed up with Advance Plumbing in the City of La Crosse, WI to replace two sewer laterals tied into the main that were over 24 feet deep. With engineered shoring in place from start to finish, we kept the trench safe while getting customers flowing again as quickly as possible.
