1.) Pick up everything off your floors ( place on bed, couch or in one area away from where your cleaning , this helps you see the bigger picture) vacuum…. I use it is by far the best … the suction is amazing for wood flooring an brings about beautiful lines in your carpets . 2.)Next, dust first then disinfect your area .
Place everything back in It’s place !
3.) Once you see this big improvement, your stimulated to keep going , do a final vacuum once you dusted , wiped an disinfected
Kitchen
1.) Put everything away from your countertop. Place all dishes in the sink an let them soak in .
2.) Now you’ll see a huge difference and your mind isn’t stuck on” all the dishes I have to wash “ . You are now motivated.
3.) After you was dishes , mop an boom , kitchen is clean .

Now your ready to throw away things . Most want to rid first , creating more things and not minimizing as you clean . Doubting what needs to go is hard . Let that shot go , if you haven’t worn it in 1 year , used it in the last 6 months ( make up , supplies , pens ) THROW IT AWAY !!!!!!!!!

Also use categories pro vs con if an item or something special to you is hard to rid .
Cleaning in a clean space os refreshing . Put music , a book or meditation on while you clean . Leave your phone out if the way and light a candle .

Take photos of your important papers . Download Dropbox . Safe and boom you can throw away all the extras .
