Step-by-Step Folding Method
Initial Setup: Hold the sheet inside out, with your hands inside two corners on the shorter side.
Combine Corners: Bring your hands together, and tuck one corner into the other so one is inverted over the other.
Complete the Set: Slide your hands down to the next set of corners along the elastic edge, and tuck these into the first set, so all four corners are stacked together.
Smooth and Flatten: Lay the sheet on a flat surface (bed or table). Shake it gently to straighten the edges, creating a L-shaped rectangle with the elastic hidden inside.
Final Folds: Fold the elastic edges in, forming a tidy rectangle. Fold the sheet into thirds lengthwise and then thirds widthwise.
